Senior IT Business Analyst
Summary of Position Responsibilities:
Play an important role in the development of technology solutions for the organisation. TO bey member of the IT team You will be responsible for identifying and documenting business and functional requirements and in the delivery of solutions for the business.
As part of your role you will act as the primary liaison between IT and the business. You will work with internal and third party teams to identify, build and deliver applications and solutions.
Key Responsibilities/Would you like to do:
- Translates business needs into application software requirements, ensuring concise and fully understandable business specifications are documented
- Manages critical relationships with IT, consultants and vendors, internal end users and business customers/leadership
- Manages the delivery of all aspects of small projects and/or phases of larger projects
- Assists with developing suitable testing and implementation strategies for each project in conjunction with the business and external suppliers
- Provides information to end users to help resolve problems regarding assigned system(s)
- Contributes to user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artefacts as appropriate
- Actively participates in change management activities
- Provides technical and work guidance to other BA’s on the team
We will be happy if you can offer:
- University degree in a technical field
- Experience as a Business Analyst in all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from initiation through to implementation
- Experience with the documentation of business and functional specifications
- Experience with Systems Testing, UAT, Integration Testing
- English knowledge both spoken and written at an intermediate level, Czech knowledge is the necessity
- Highly analytical and detailed person
- Excellent all round communication/ interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and proactive personality, decisive and influential skills at all levels
